The weather station is at 404m, or 1325′. The pressure reading is corrected for this, i.e. it matches the value shown on the met office surface pressure chart, assumed to be at sea level.
The data is updated every 15 minutes. Windspeed is an average calculated over 15 minutes (in comparison to the instantaeous reading taken every 15 minutes on the basic Davis provided dashboard, which means that the 2 readings can differ). The gust value is the maximum recorded during this period.
